I’m thrilled to share that our flagship leadership programme, the Operational Excellence Accelerator, has now been officially CPD accredited earning participants 70.5 hours of recognised professional development upon completion.
It’s a big moment for Melior Esse, and one I’ve taken a little time to reflect on.
When we first launched the Accelerator, it was because we saw a gap: too many operational managers were being overlooked for senior leadership not because they lacked potential, but because they hadn’t been given the opportunity to develop the strategic thinking, commercial acumen and board-level confidence that senior roles demand.
Since then, the programme has grown used by national firms, SMEs and individual leaders alike, and now, with CPD accreditation behind it, it carries formal recognition of its quality, impact and rigour.
Why CPD Matters
CPD accreditation isn’t just a badge, it’s reassurance.
For L&D leaders, HR teams, and business owners, it signals that the learning within the Accelerator is structured, measurable and valuable.
But more than that, it levels the playing field.

What next?
We’ll be shouting about this over the next few weeks, and rightly so. It’s taken months of hands-on delivery, client feedback, and constant refinement to build a programme that feels this strong, and I’m proud that we now have the accreditation to match.
